Fly fishing on the Cowichan River from $600* per boat between October – May.
Cowichan River is one of the most highly rated trout rivers in North America, and was one of Canada’s first Heritage status rivers. The fly fishing on the river is exceptional and the waters are rich with rainbow, brown and cutthroat trout, steelhead and salmon. All fishing on the Cowichan River is catch and release for conservation of our Heritage river.
Each drift boat can accommodate 2 guests and 1 professional guide. The per boat cost includes a day on the river with a professional guide, all equipment and a packed lunch. For an additional cost of $25 per person you can enjoy a hot lunch back at the Lodge part way through your drift, and warm up by the fire before heading out for the afternoon.
Offshore fishing in Port Renfrew from $750* per 5 hour charter between April – September
For a world class fishing adventure on the wild waters of the Pacific, you will head out to Port Renfrew. Located about an hour and half from the Lodge, you will experience an early morning drive through the picturesque wilderness of beautiful Vancouver Island. You will be met on the stunning Pacific Coast by your professional guide and spend a day on the water fishing for some of Canada’s finest halibut and salmon.
Each charter can accommodate up to 4 guests and 1 professional guide. The per charter cost includes 5 hours on the ocean with a professional guide, all equipment and a packed lunch. 8 hour charters are also available at an additional cost.

River fishing is subject to river levels i.e. restricted during times of drought or flood.
