Your Health & Safety Is of The Utmost Importance to Us
At Cowichan River Lodge, we pride ourselves on providing all of our valued guests with exceptional hospitality experience. This pride guides us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to COVID-19, recently declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization.
Our sympathies extend to all the people who have been affected by this unprecedented virus. We applaud and appreciate the dedicated healthcare workers, local communities, and governments who are bravely working to contain this virus.
Please know that we are carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation and have precautions in place to ensure the safety of our guests and team, as that remains our highest priority.
Thank you for putting your trust in Cowichan River Lodge. Following is an update on what we are undertaking to keep health and safety top of mind.
When You Book
You should have confidence when you book a stay with us that we are doing everything we can to ensure we have accommodations ready for you. We continue to monitor governing bodies and local health agencies for the latest developments and following the guidance of government and public health officials. We are reinforcing recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures throughout our operations.
Before Your Stay
Given the evolving impact of COVID-19 on how we conduct business, socialize and travel, we have adjusted the flexibility of our cancellation policy as a response to these challenging times. Essentially, for guests with existing individual reservations, we will allow changes or cancellation without a charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival as long as the change or cancellation is made by April 30, 2020.
In the case you may have secured your reservations through one of our online partners (e.g. Expedia or booking.com), kindly reach out to your booking agents directly for assistance with changes to your reservations.
During Your Stay
We recognize that COVID-19 has encouraged all of us to be more mindful as we carry on throughout our day. At Cowichan River Lodge, our team is committed to achieving the highest standards of hygiene and sanitization so you can have peace of mind during your stay. We have added extra cleaning processes in all our common areas to ensure your safety and comfort.
We appreciate that these are upsetting times and want to remind you that your safety and experience is our priority. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us directly at 778-902-8147 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to welcoming you in the near future.
