*By participating in this giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.*

 

  The giveaway is open to participants who meet the eligibility requirements as specified by Cowichan River Lodge Inc. (“the Lodge”).  

 

  The prize consists of a complimentary two (2) night stay at the Cowichan River Lodge, on a self-catering basis, for up to a maximum occupancy of ten (10) persons. The prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or other services.

 

  The prize must be redeemed for stays completed on or before November 30, 2027. Any portion of the prize not used by this date will be forfeited in full.

 

  All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Advance reservations are required, and blackout dates may apply. The Lodge reserves the right to decline bookings based on availability constraints.

 

  The prize is not valid during blackout periods, including but not limited to statutory holidays, long weekends, and other high-demand dates as determined by the Lodge.

 

  The winner is responsible for any additional costs not expressly included in the prize, including but not limited to taxes, gratuities, transportation, groceries, incidentals, and any other personal expenses.

 

  Once a booking is confirmed, changes or cancellations may be subject to the Lodge’s standard policies. The Lodge is not responsible for any penalties incurred due to changes or cancellations.

 

  The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the confirmed winner unless otherwise approved in writing by the Lodge.

 

  The Lodge is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.

 

  By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Lodge reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

 

  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia.

 

  By entering in the contest, you agree to be contacted by the Cowichan River Lodge for any questions, promotions, marketing and contest announcements. You also agree to participation in marketing materials, social and any other forms of marketing to promote the winner of the contest should the lodge wish to. You also agree to waive your rights to the use of the photo of you winning the getaway for promotional purposes. No expiry of content.
